President Trump on Wednesday questioned why "dying magazines" were reporting falsities and "ferocious anger" about his presidency when the only thing he wants to do is "Make America Great Again."

"After reading the false reporting and even ferocious anger in some dying magazines, it makes me wonder, WHY? All I want to do is #MAGA!" Trump tweeted Wednesday.

It's unclear which magazines the president was referring to.

The president's tweet about media coverage of his presidency comes one day after Trump and first lady Melania Trump visited southeastern Texas, which has seen devastating flooding after Hurricane Harvey made landfall over the weekend. Some coverage focused on the fact that Melania Trump wore stiletto heels when leaving the White House, then switched to white sneakers during the flight.

Thousands of people have been displaced due to the record-setting rainfall, and local officials said there have been at least 30 flood-related deaths.

The Federal Emergency Management Agency said it expects more than 30,000 people to seek temporary shelter. Federal, state and local authorities have rescued thousands of people from the floodwaters.
