President Trump called a reporter "very rude" on Wednesday after she yelled out a question to him related to his ban on transgender people serving in the military.

After Trump gave remarks at the White House to the American Legion Boys and Girls Nation, a reporter yelled out to him, "Mr. President, how did you decide your policy on transgender people in the military?"

After a few moments of silence, Trump said, "She's very rude."

A few minutes earlier, White House press secretary Sarah Sanders faced a series of questions related to Trump's new policy, stating that many of the details had not been finalized.

That morning, Trump wrote on Twitter that, "The United States government will not accept or allow transgender individuals to serve in any capacity in the U.S. military."
