President Trump awkwardly paused a White House address on Wednesday to request a glass of water from an aide.
“There is no water,” Trump said as he asked an aide to toss him a bottle, after searching underneath the podium for a bottle.
Political reporters quickly erupted on Twitter, noting that Trump routinely mocked Sen. Marco Rubio, R-Fla., during the 2016 presidential primary over his infamous State of the Union response in 2013. The young Florida Senator paused for a long and awkward sip of water while delivering his rebuttal, a moment that instantly went viral.

"Do you remember that catastrophe?" Trump said at a campaign rally last February in reference to Rubio. "He's like, 'And we will... uh, I need water. Help me, I need water.' This is on live television – this total choke artist.'"
