Trump promises to catch 'low-life leakers'
President Trump on Thursday called on news organizations to apologize for publishing stories about leaks from his administration and promised to catch the officials who were leaking it.
"Leaking, and even illegal classified leaking, has been a big problem in Washington for years. Failing @nytimes (and others) must apologize!" Trump tweeted. "The spotlight has finally been put on the low-life leakers! They will be caught!"

Trump has been the target of a number of leaks from inside his White House and the intelligence agencies in recent months. Tales of internal drama in his administration have grabbed the headlines on cable news and newspapers across the country.
Leaks from the intelligence community are widely believed to have brought down Mike Flynn from his post as national security adviser. House Republicans have called for an investigation into how those leaks happened, and who leaked transcripts of phone calls between Flynn and the Russian ambassador to the press.
Democrats have criticized Trump for not being concerned with the substance of the leaks, and focusing on the fact that someone is leaking information.
