President Trump responded to the wildfires in California that have destroyed more than 210,000 acres of land, saying Wednesday "our hearts" are with those affected by the blazes.

"Our hearts are with all affected by the wildfires in California. God bless our brave First Responders and @FEMA team. We support you!" Trump tweeted Wednesday.

Firefighters continue to battle 13 wildfires that have destroyed more than 210,000 acres and 5,700 structures, according to the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection.

Forty-two people have been killed and 88 others have been reported missing. Meanwhile, 22,000 people are still evacuated from their homes.
