Twitter users are familiar with getting regular emails from the social media network suggesting new friends to follow and one delivered Friday about Hillary Clinton was hard not to click open.

"Suggestions similar to Hillary Clinton," was the subject line.

"Paul Bedard, here are accounts similar to who you followed," Twitter notified before identifying Hillary Clinton, who is new to the service but who already has over 540,000 followers, including Secrets.

Twitter's suggestions: Amnesty International, Leonard Nimoy, who played Spock on Star Trek, U.S. Food Safety and a luxury resort in Las Vegas called Cosmopolitan.
