A new poll from the bellwether state of Iowa shows Hillary Clinton leading her possible Republican challengers in the 2016 presidential race.
A Quinnipiac University poll released Monday puts Clinton up six or more points over several high profile Republicans, but it seems some are closing the gap.
Among them is New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie, who now lags eight points behind Clinton, 44 percent to 36 percent. A similar poll showed Christie down 13 points in March. But he still has some work to do to make up some ground lost after the BridgeGate scandal — Christie held a five-point lead over Clinton back in December.
