“I’ve got to get into a sticky subject right off the bat, I know you guys aren’t happy with my Chicago Bulls,” Obama began as the crowd booed.

The President visited Miami this afternoon to give a speech about the importance of infrastructure on the economy.

“But I just want you to know that the Heat are going to be just fine,” Obama added with a chuckle. “They’re going to be O.K.. They are playing basketball the right way.”

The Chicago Bulls broke the Miami Heat’s 27 game winning streak on Wednesday night.

Obama also praised the Florida college basketball teams in the state including Florida Gulf Coast.

“Let’s face it,” Obama added. “Florida is the center of basketball right now.”
