Father of the slain 18-year-old Michael Brown is calling for a day of peace Monday in Ferguson, Mo., while his son is laid to rest.

Ever since the Aug. 9 shooting of Brown, protests and unrest have consumed the small midwest town. The violence resulted in many arrests with the National Guard having to patrol the streets.

Thousand are expected to attend Brown's funeral Monday including three representatives from the White House, Reverend Al Sharpton, and Rep. Maxine Waters, D-Calif.
