NATIONAL HARBOR, Md. – Rep. Marsh Blackburn, R-Tenn., says the work of her panel probing Planned Parenthood is moving forward dispite the indictiment of David Daleiden, the pro-life activist that released damaging undercover videos purporting to show the organization engaging in the sale of fetal parts.
"I've done 30 document requests," says Blackburn. "I've issued three subpoenas and not any of those were to Planned Parenthood."
