Americans believe Obamacare is President Obama's greatest failure as well as his greatest achievement, according to a new poll from Gallup.

But what's even more surprising is that 23 percent of Americans list "none/nothing" as Obama's greatest achievement. That's pretty astounding, considering he was re-elected.

It's also one percentage point higher than the 22 percent who see the health care law as Obama's greatest achievement. And that number is swamped by the 36 percent who see it as his greatest failure.

Respondents said his next greatest failure was not getting along with Republicans or Congress in general, at 9 percent, and his next greatest success was ending the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, at 7 percent.

That’s a big difference and, according to Gallup, it underscores the “controversial nature of the law that is likely to define his legacy.”

Add that to the CNN poll showing a whopping 60 percent of Americans disapprove ofthe law, and it doesn't appear that 2014 will be a banner year for the president.
