A 39-year-old Brentwood man has been charged in a November shooting death in Northeast Washington.
The Metropolitan Police Department said Tuesday that Reginald Vance has been charged with first-degree murder while armed in the Nov. 12 slaying of 29-year-old Keith Banks. Police said Banks was shot on the 1100 block of Galloway Street NE at about 3 a.m. He was taken to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
