Va. man accused of soliciting teen for sex

A Sterling man is accused of soliciting a 15-year-old girl for sex over Facebook.

Stanley Wruk, 53, befriended the girl on the social networking site last month, and tried to solicit sex from her using both Facebook and text messages, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office.

Wruk then obtained a hotel room and arranged to meet the girl at a Sterling restaurant, authorities said.

He was taken into custody at the restaurant on July 29, the sheriff’s office said Tuesday.

Investigators have learned that he also sent a friend request on Facebook to another juvenile girl, and are asking anyone else who had inappropriate contact with him to call the sheriff’s office at 703-777-0475.
