President Obama’s back on the campaign trail, and he’s nearly up to full speed already.

During his historic run to the presidency, Obama proved himself to be, if nothing else, an excellent campaigner. And that was when he had basically no track record. He certainly has one now, although, you know, not a good one. Though I guess if you asked the cheering crowd in Austin, Tex.,  they might have a different opinion.
