It’s now notorious that Adrian Fenty has become a crime victim.
News apparently hasn’t spread through his police department, though. A morning search of the D.C. police crime database shows zero crimes within 100 feet of his home for the month between May 15 and June 14.
Fenty is basing his re-election campaign in part on his ability to fight crime.
Perhaps his bureaucrats simply haven’t had time to get caught up.
Then again, the department’s had, um, trouble with its math before.
