Talk show host and comedian Chelsea Handler doesn’t ever plan on interviewing first lady Melania Trump because “she can barely speak English.”
After Handler said in an interview with Variety at Sundance Film Festival that she’d never sit down with President Trump, she was asked if she would have the first lady on her show.
“Melania? To talk about what? She can barely speak English,” Handler said.
The first lady speaks five languages — her native Slovene, English, French, Serbian and German.
The comedian was also asked what she thinks about the former model.
“Exactly what I think about him as the first man. Nothing. I don’t respect either one of those people.”
