Anthony Scaramucci’s wife, Deidre Ball, has filed for divorce from the White House’s new communications director, according to a new report.
“Deidre has left him and has filed for divorce,” a source told Page Six. “She liked the nice Wall Street life and their home on Long Island, not the insane world of D.C. She is tired of his naked ambition, which is so enormous that it left her at her wits’ end. She has left him even though they have two children together.”
The two were married in 2014.
Another source told the New York Post’s gossip page that Ball was not keen on her husband’s support for President Trump.
“She hasn’t exactly been on board and supportive of Anthony and his push to get back into the White House,” the source said.
After news broke of his divorce, Scaramucci asked to “put my family in your thoughts and prayers & nothing more.”
Leave civilians out of this. I can take the hits, but I would ask that you would put my family in your thoughts and prayers & nothing more.

Journalist Yashar Ali said a friend of Scaramucci’s told him the divorce has been in the works for a while and she was using his newfound fame as leverage.

Scaramucci, a former Wall Street financier, was named the new White House communications director last Friday.
He went on a profanity-laced rant against White House chief of staff Reince Priebus, chief strategist Steve Bannon, and leakers in a New Yorker story published Thursday night.
