D.C.’s hometown rapper officially takes the stage in the District this weekend.
Wale will perform on George Washington University’s campus as part of the school’s Fall Fest, the GW Hatchet confirmed.
The hip-hop artist announced the performance on his Web site several weeks ago, but the university kept mum. Wale will be joined by Gym Class Heroes lead singer Travis McCoy.
The concert will take place Saturday in University Yard.
