WATCH THIS: Trump whacks reporter’s phone

Donald Trump whacked what seems to be a reporter’s phone or recording device as he wrapped up a press conference on his private jet before appearing at a town hall event in Janesville, Wis., on Tuesday.

“Okay we gotta go,” the billionaire candidate said as he gestured that the presser was over and his right hand swept into the device likely being used to record his remarks. “Whoops, sorry,” he said afterwards.

The seemingly innocuous smack comes after Trump’s campaign manager, Corey Lewandowski, was arrested Tuesday for a single count of misdemeanor battery for an incident earlier in the month involving ex-Breitbart reporter Michelle Fields.

During the press conference, Trump maintained that Lewandowski did nothing wrong, and in tweets earlier in the day questioned the credibility of Fields’ claims against him.
