The McLean Citizens Association balked on a resolution that would have reversed the group’s support for Dulles rail, instead opting to pass a scaled-back measure calling on tighter development policies in Tysons Corner. The group on Wednesday night passed a resolution almost entirely unrecognizable from the previous controversial proposal, which the citizens association’s former president, Susan Turner, put forth last month. Nevertheless, Turner was “delighted” the resolution passed.
