In the Senate race, Sen. Bill Nelson, D-Fla., has support from 49 percent of likely voters, but his Republican challenger, Gov. Rick Scott, is several points behind with 47 percent support from likely voters, a CNN poll reveals.
The poll also shows that 49 percent of likely voters are behind Democratic candidate and Tallahassee mayor Andrew Gillum, in comparison to 48 percent who support for former U.S. Rep. Ron DeSantis.
