Actress and singer Mandy Moore was spotted having lunch at Mike Isabella’s Italian eatery Graffiato on Saturday. According to a Yeas & Nays source, Moore and two other unidentified guests joined her at the bar. We’re told they drank beer and wine, and enjoyed flatbread with pepperoni sauce, salad, vegetables, two pastas and the Greco-Roman pizza. They also ordered an American Pie pizza to go. Moore, who is also the ambassador for the non-profit organization Population Services International, was in town for a World AIDS Day event on Capitol Hill, which she participated in Thursday.
