Now we know why Santorum is running for president. . . .he’s having a blast in Iowa with his family on a family road trip.
The campaign released this tongue-in-cheek video yesterday, suggesting that because he was traveling with his family in two minivans, Santorum is ready to be president.
The dramatic voiceover reads, “2,500 miles, in 19 days, with 7 kids in two minivans and 1,362 ‘Are We There Yets?'” as the overplayed O Fortuna movement from the opera Carmina Burana plays in the background.
