Pope Francis’ first official visit to the United States won the Internet Wednesday.
As the pontiff addressed 11,000 ticketed guests on the White House South Lawn Wednesday morning, even more took to social media to chronicle the event. On Twitter, “#PopeinDC” has been trending since the Holy See arrived in Washington, D.C., Tuesday afternoon.
