The Justice Department filed an arrest warrant for the illegal immigrant acquitted of murder, involuntary manslaughter, and assault with a deadly weapon in the 2015 death of Kate Steinle.

An arrest warrant for Jose Ines Garcia Zarate was issued after his initial arrest in 2015, however, it was amended this week following his trial. The charges include felon in possession of a firearm, involuntary manslaughter, and assault with a deadly weapon, Fox News reported.
