Erickson Retirement Communities, a Baltimore-based manager and developer of 19 retirement communities in 10 states, announced it has opened a new development office in Orange County, Calif.
This office is scheduled to be in charge of the company?s projects in the western part of the country. To lead the new Erickson office, the business has named Kenneth Rohde as its new vice president of development services for the western United States.
“Many retirees have asked us to come to the West Coast,” Rohde said in a statement. “I will be handling all development services and functions for projects west of Dallas.”
