A Maryland man was arrested for allegedly looking into a woman’s window while she was undressing Thursday night, police officials said.
Dennis Seymour Miller, 60, of Severn, was charged with being a peeping Tom and trespassing, according to the Anne Arundel County Police Department.
About 9:45 p.m. Thursday, officers responded to a report of a peeping Tom in the 500 block of Retreat Court in Odenton.
While officers were on their way to the scene, a witness said the suspect was leaving in a taxi cab. Officers located the vehicle nearby and two witnesses identified the driver as the suspect, officials said.
Witnesses told police that the suspect had been looking into a neighbor’s window. The victim, a 25-year-old woman, was unaware that she was being watched by Miller. When she was told about the incident, she said that she was disrobing at the time and that Miller would have been able to see her through her window.
