Via the AP comes a nice holiday nugget out of Rehoboth Beach: Passersby complained over Memorial Day weekend about a few transgender women who removed their tops and exposed their “surgically enhanced breasts.”
The women covered up before police arrived, but Chief Keith Banks said they were doing nothing illegal, since they have male genitalia.
Rehoboth Beach Commissioner Kathy McGuiness said the matter will be taken up at a town hall meeting next week.
