Prince George’s County authorities are investigating whether a bomb was the cause of an explosion inside a Hyattsville parking garage on Tuesday.

Authorities received a call Tuesday afternoon about a car on fire at 3300 East-West Highway, according to Maj. Tyrone Forby, a county fire department spokesman. The first batch of responders found debris around the car, but no fire, the Associated Press reported.
