Vulture is reporting that HBO is moving forward with a project based on Tom Perrotta’s novel “The Leftovers.” Dam Lindelof from “Lost” will also be part of the project. “The Leftovers” is a book that explores what happens to the people left behind after a Rapture-like event. No word yet on when the show might start production, but rumor has it the drama will hit the air sometime in 2014.
