A Hyattsville man is on the run after a rent dispute, and the U.S. marshals are on the hunt for his whereabouts.
Law enforcement officials say 30-year-old Elvys Valenzuela stabbed his roommate during a fight at their Hyattsville home last month. The roommates were arguing over the rent, and Valenzuela stabbed the other man in the head, police said. Valenzuela has been on the run ever since, and is wanted on a charge of attempted murder.
