Planning to come to D.C for the inauguration but still can’t find housing anywhere? We at Yeas & Nays found a resort with five available units, is located a short drive from the New Carrollton metro stop and has not increased its rates due to inauguration demand. Best of all, you won’t have to pack that much.
Pine Tree Associates Nudist Resort, located outside Annapolis, is offering to rent out rooms to non-nudists, but you may still need to be comfortable walking around in your birthday suit. “Yes, we are renting rooms,” said manager Pat Sokoloski. “But as some point you have to get nude.”
“Usually we start with a membership tour that lasts a half hour,” he further explained. “During that half hour they have to get nude.” He clarified that this usually applies during warmer weather. For now, prospective guests can have a no-suit swim in the indoor pool before renting a room (“to keep out voyeurs.”).
However, Sokoloski did say for those who “really didn’t want to do that, I’m willing to bend the rules.” But be warned that getting buck naked might be unavoidable, unless you can go a few days without showering — the only showers at Pine Tree Resort are community.
