TRENTON, Tenn. (AP) — A manufacturing plant opening in Trenton is expected to create 250 jobs over the next three years.
According to The Jackson Sun (http://bit.ly/TT3uDT), the Mundelein, Ill.-based company manufactures transmission and distribution lines and substations for electrical power distributors.

The facility is expected to make hardware connectors, anchoring systems and other components for electrical transmission and other towers.
Trenton Mayor Tony Burriss says the plant should not only provide jobs for people who have been unemployed for more than two years, but also give a financial boost to surrounding businesses.
