Van Jones: Trump became presidential during SEAL tribute

CNN commentator Van Jones said President Trump became president during the moment he honored the wife of a slain Navy SEAL in his speech in front of Congress Tuesday.

The emotional moment was the highlight of Trump’s first address to a joint session of Congress and Jones said that was the moment Trump grasped the seriousness of his position.

“He became president of the United States in that moment, period,” Jones said. “That was one of the most extraordinary moments you have ever seen in American politics.”

Jones said if Trump continued to have that kind of moment during his time in office, he would likely be a two-term president.
