Arlington County police have identified the bicyclist killed when he ran into a car Sunday as 44-year-old Fitzgerald Pollard.
Pollard, of Arlington, was turning onto Four Mile Run Drive from South Walter Reed Drive shortly before 3 p.m. when he crossed into oncoming traffic and hit an occupied vehicle, police said.
He was taken to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
