LINCOLN, Neb. (AP) — Nebraska has expanded its system for online filing of business documents so it can accommodate limited liability companies.
Secretary of State John Gale’s office says in a news release that the Corporate and Business Document eDelivery System can accept filings for LLCs organized or authorized after Jan. 1, 2011. This coming Jan. 1, the system will accept filings for LLCs regardless of when the LLC was organized or authorized.

Since December 2011 the system has accepted documents for corporations, including professional and nonprofit corporations.
