Girl dies from injuries in crash that killed mother, sister

A 7-year-old girl has died from injuries she suffered in a Fairfax County crash that killed her mother and sister. The incident occurred about 10:50 p.m. Tuesday on Lee Highway near Jermantown Road. Authorities said a 2001 Honda Civic traveling east on Lee Highway was speeding, sideswiped a vehicle, hit a median and collided with a Honda Odyssey. The Civic then struck another median, traveled 120 feet and came to a stop, police spokesman Sgt. Joe Johnson said. The woman driving the Civic, 27-year-old Dejon L’Air Williams of Cross Junction, and one of her daughters, 5-year-old Faith Williams, died Tuesday. Victoria Williams, 7, was taken to a hospital in critical condition and died late Wednesday or early Thursday, police said. The Odyssey’s driver, 38-year-old Hamidullah Nabizada, was hospitalized in critical condition.
