Taylor is the only Vanderbilt player in school history to rank in the top 10 in career scoring (1,897), rebounding (752) and steals (146). During his senior season he averaged 16.1 points, 5.6 rebounds and 1.7 assists while averaging 32 minutes per game.
He was named first-team All-SEC last season.
He’s expected to backup first-round draft pick Michael Kidd-Gilchrist at small forward. Kidd-Gilchrist had previously signed with the Bobcats.
