A Chicago visit yields man $200,000 Lottery prize

CHICAGO (AP) — Kevin Loftus visited Chicago for a friend’s wedding and left with a whole lot of cash.

The 28-year-old Washington, D.C. man won $200,000 in the Illinois Lottery’s “Queen of Hearts” scratch-off game recently.
