Iowa farmer inscribes support for Romney/Ryan in cornfield

Obama might be leading Mitt Romney in the polls in Iowa, but one farmer in Lyon County scrawled his preference for the GOP ticket in his cornfield.

“Romney Ryan” can be seen to anyone flying overhead.

This is not unlike a Michigan farmer who recently transformed 10 acres of his land into a giant portrait of Mitt Romney and Paul Ryan.

It is too soon to tell whether voters in these two Obama-leaning states will be influenced by these farmers’ Romney/Ryan fields of dreams, but as far as Red Alert Politics can tell no one has reported any farmers doing the same for the incumbents.
