Police are looking for a District man suspected of killing an 84-year-old woman in Hillcrest Heights on Christmas Day. An arrest warrant was issued on first-degree murder charges late last week for Elvin R. Murphy, who is accused of killing Lillie Capers and assaulting a 26-year-old woman on the 4400 block of 23rd Parkway. The incident appears to be domestic-related, Prince George’s County police said.

Murphy, 34, of the 2100 block of I Street SE, is described as a black man who is about 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighs about 150 pounds.
