Trump wants to fire Debbie Wasserman Schultz

GOP nominee Donald Trump continued to pound the war drums against his Democratic opponent Friday night with the release of a mock “job application” silent video for Florida Congresswoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz.

The application, released on Trump’s popular Twitter account, checks four boxes with green highlighter for Wasserman Schultz. They are:

“*Experience in Rigging Elections

“*Well-versed in Colluding with Media

“*Proficient in Lying and Conspiring

“*Capable of Stealing Votes”

The application for “#CrookedHillary” is then stamped “HIRED” in all caps with a red stamper. This is followed by a “Trump-Pence” closing shot — Trump in much larger font — with the campaign’s promise to “Make America Great Again.”

Wasserman Schultz announced her resignation last weekend as head the Democratic National Committee because of a WikiLeaks document dump, though she stayed on through the end of the Democratic National Convention in Philadelphia this week.

Sen. Bernie Sanders’ supporters seized on the leaked emails to charge that the congresswoman had helped steer the DNC in Clinton’s direction, a no-no in the primaries for the party’s committee as even House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi acknowledged.

Wasserman Schultz was then immediately welcomed to the Clinton campaign as honorary chair, which critics charge was payback for a job well done.

Trump doesn’t break out his trademark “You’re fired” line in the video but it’s clear that’s what he wants to do to the entire Clinton campaign.
