JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. (AP) — The Missouri State Museum plans to show off its souvenirs, products and other items from the 1904 World’s Fair in St. Louis.
The museum will offer a behind-the-scenes tour of its World’s Fair collection the afternoon of Aug. 31. The tour starts at 2 p.m. at the museum’s collections facility in Jefferson City.
Museum officials say the tour will allow visitors to see where artifacts are stored and how exhibits are created.
Officials plan future tours focused on American Indian beadwork and communications technology.
