I think it effectively contrasts McCain with Tom Hayden’s preferred presidential candidate. But the closing line leaves me cold: “Don’t hope for a better life–vote for one.” Shouldn’t an ad focusing on McCain’s service to America emphasize making the country better rather than making our lives better? “Ask not what your country can do for you …”
