Rudy Giuliani, a former New York mayor and new addition to Trump’s legal team, slammed Stormy Daniels’ attorney Thursday, calling him an “ambulance chaser” and accusing the pair of cooking up allegations against President Trump.
Daniels is suing Trump’s personal lawyer Michael Cohen over the legality surrounding a a nondisclosure agreement she signed that bars her from discussing an alleged affair she had with Trump.
“What do you think [Daniels is] about, and her lawyer, who’s an ambulance chaser?” Giuliani asked during an interview on Fox Business Network’s “Morning with Maria.”
“Money, money, money, money, money. They sold out cheap, because the allegations aren’t true,” he added.

Avenatti shot back on Twitter Thursday, saying the only ambulance he has ever chased is the one Giuliani is driving in attempt to save Trump’s presidency.
“Rudy Giuliani – the only ‘ambulance’ I have ever chased in my career is the one you are driving right now in a desperate attempt to save this presidency. Any time you would like to compare our legal careers and cases over the last 15 yrs, I would be happy to. #sirens #basta” Avenatti said.

Trump admitted in a series of tweets Thursday morning that he reimbursed Cohen for his $130,000 payment to Daniels through a monthly retainer, again denying that the alleged affair ever took place.
