Data show ambush election ruling helps unions

Published

On June 1, a federal judge ruled that the Obama administration should be allowed to speed up the process by which employees unionize.

The “ambush election” ruling is perhaps one of the most egregious National Labor Relations Board rulings to date, significantly speeding up the unionization process while providing no tangible benefit to American workers.
