John Kerry, the secretary of state, will meet with his Russian counterpart in Berlin later this month.
“U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry and Foreign Minister of the Russian Federation Sergey Lavrov have agreed to meet in Berlin, Federal Republic of Germany, on February 26,” says State Department spokesman Victoria Nuland in a statement.
“Secretary Kerry and Foreign Minister Lavrov will discuss a wide range of bilateral and international issues.”
