A Texas man shot and killed another man who was allegedly attempting to rob him.
The shooting happened around 3:30 a.m. Friday night outside an apartment building on the west side of San Antonio. Three men were circling the Doral Club Apartments building in a silver car, according to the shooter. When the man was entering the building, the men got out of their car and demanded his things while allegedly pointing guns at him.

Instead of complying, the man pulled out his own gun and shot one of the men in the neck. One of the would-be armed robbers got back in the car, and the other ran into the apartment building. The young gunshot victim was taken to a nearby hospital in critical condition but ultimately died of his injuries.

Police have not found either of the two suspects or charged the shooter. The investigation is ongoing.
