Boy recovering after being struck by store awning

MUNDELEIN, Ill. (AP) — A 10-year-old boy is recovering a day after being struck in the head by a storefront awning that fell at a strip mall in northeastern Illinois.

Cameron Beers was standing outside an air gun and hobby shop in Mundelein Sunday when the awning came crashing down.
