As trucks line the streets around Parliament Hill in Ottawa, Canada, in conjunction with the Freedom Convoy protest, thousands of truckers and supporters were seen dancing to loud music under flags hung across intersections Saturday.
Multiple videos posted across social media showed what some were describing as a festival.
Horse, bouncy castles, non stop horns, saunas, fireworks and so@much more= Ottawa. There were some in Toronto today too but I don’t think it looked as much like a festival it does in Ottawa.

“Freedom, freedom, freedom,” people chanted while truck horns endlessly honked.
Signs and thank you cards were seen strung all over the trucks, with some even covered in signatures of supporters.
Despite some claims of crime, Freedom Convoy organizer Tamara Lich told reporters those protesting were “average, peace-loving and law-abiding citizens from all walks of life,” according to the Post Millenial.
“No one from the federal, provincial or municipal government has spoken directly with us,” said Lich. “Instead they are using you, the media, to portray us as racists, misogynists and even terrorists.”

Tables lined with food and supplies were also seen set up on street corners, with bounce houses and inflatable games set up in other intersections. By late night, a few fireworks were set off near the Parliament Buildings.
People gathered around barbecues cooking food and staying warm. Temperatures reached below 0 degrees Fahrenheit Saturday night.
Police cars were also scattered across the city, with lights flashing as police officers stood around monitoring the dancing crowd.
